All subscription boxes are carefully prepared and packed after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other factors.

Shipping Schedule

Subscription boxes are shipped on a monthly basis according to your subscription plan.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, The Reset Button is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

The Reset Button is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Reset Button is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
