Subscription Purchases

By purchasing a subscription from The Reset Button, you agree to recurring charges based on the subscription plan selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the payment method on file will be charged for the applicable subscription fee.

By completing your purchase, you authorize The Reset Button to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for your next subscription box, cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, the order is considered final and will be fulfilled as scheduled.

No Refunds

Due to the personal, sanitary, and consumable nature of the products included in our subscription boxes, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for subscription orders, renewal charges, or shipped boxes.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again. Subscription shipments may be delayed or canceled until payment is successfully received.
